1. **Service Bookings**
  – **Cancellation Requests:** All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@camerasol.digital](mailto:support@camerasol.digital) at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
  – **Refund Eligibility:**
    – Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
    – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    – No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  – **Rescheduling:** You may request to reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. No rescheduling fees will be applied for the first request. Additional rescheduling requests may incur fees.

 2. **Digital Products**
  – Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be processed. If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. **Subscription Services**
  – **Cancellation of Subscription:** You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management page or by contacting our support team.
  – **Refunds on Subscriptions:** Cancellations made within the first 7 days of a new subscription are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle, but you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

4. **Custom Projects**
  – **Deposits and Payments:** For custom photography, videography, or design projects, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project. Full payment is due upon completion.
  – **Cancellation of Custom Projects:** If a custom project is canceled after work has commenced, you will be billed for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

5. **Exceptions**
  – In cases of extreme weather, emergencies, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
